Control upgrades
Older generator control systems are often overly complicated and prone to component failure. New digital controllers centralise your controls into one unit and eliminate the need for multiple control boards and components, which in turn dramatically increase reliability. The human machine interfaces are user friendly, making the operation and monitoring of your generator simple, saving both time and costs involved with training. The controllers are also very versatile allowing for many options, future upgrades and alterations to the system.
We can offer upgrades and modification to any control system from single set manual start systems to highly complex multi set auto mains paralleling systems. With our knowledge and experience in the design and installation of generator controls you can have confidence in the solutions we offer for even the most demanding of projects. We have great experience in the use of many controller types including but not limited to; Deep Sea, ComAP, Woodward and DEIF.
We can also offer our own Puma analogue control system where digital controllers are deemed unsuitable. The Puma control system is used Worldwide and has been proven to be highly effective and reliable.
